Koh Angthong National Park : It
comprises some 40 islands northwest
of Koh Samui and cover some 250
square kilometers. Major park island,
largely towering, verdant rock masses
encircled by clear seas, include
Mea Koh which has a beautiful beach
and an emerald saltwater lake call
Thale Nai, Wua Talap, site of park
headquarters where accommodation
is available for visitors wishing
to prolong their stays, Sam Sao
with an exciting coral reef huge
rock arch and Phai-Luak. |
Itinerary
07.30 a.m. Pickup at hotels in Koh
Samui, transfer to Nathon pier.
08.30 a.m. Depart to Angthong Marine
National Park by Express boat. Coffee
and tea provided.
09.30 a.m. Arrive the place and sightseeing
around the islands, you could enjoy
yourself by swimming, sunbathing or
snorkeling. Stop at two islands : "Koh
Wua Talap", high viewpoint, the
panoramic view of marine park and "Tam
Bua Boke" where you can see the
sculpture of stalagmite and stalactite
formation.
12.00 p.m. Return to boat for having
buffet lunch and fresh fruit. On the
way, stop at Mae Koh Island, inner lake
where is the emerald saltwater lake
situated in the crater. It's the major
attraction of marine park.
15.30 p.m. Return to Koh Samui.
17.00 p.m. Arrive at the pier and transfer
to hotel.
