In order to ensure the quality of the food, many of the fruits
and vegetables are grown in their own organic garden
The only alcoholic
beverages served at Chiva-Som are wine and champagne with the
evening meal.
Chiva-Som's rates include three meals of
spa cuisine, served at the emerald-green dining room with an
air-conditioned area and an outdoor terrace . For those not
on restricted diets who can do with extra calories during the
day, there are two restaurants, the Waves Restaurant
and the Orchid Lounge.
